OHC Development LLC was formed in 1999 by Albert and Tom Ellis to build custom and semi-custom homes.  Since its formation, OHC has expanded its focus to include single-family homes, townhouses and condominium projects in both the standard and age-restricted markets.  OHC is currently building throughout eastern Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire.

Albert and Tom Ellis have in excess of 35 years of experience in land development and residential construction. Albert began his career in 1983 building and developing condominiums and single family residences in Telluride, Colorado.  Tom started his career in 1986 building and restoring homes in the northern suburbs of Boston.  Since 1993, Tom and Albert have developed single family homes in Beverly, Georgetown, Groveland, Danvers, Hamilton, Littleton, Chelmsford, Westford and Southborough.
